Registration and fees
On-line registration is available from 1st April. Please register on-line here
The conference fee covers snacks (coffee breaks) and lunches during the four days of the conference. It also includes the conference reception, on the first conference day, and a guided city walk, on the second conference day. Please see the SLE membership area for a description of what you are entitled to as an SLE member.

If you are presenting paper, your registration period is until 30th June. If after 30th June you have not registered, your paper will be automatically removed from the conference schedule and your slot will be filled with an alternate.
* The reduced fees apply to students without a salary, retired participants, and others without a regular income. They also apply to all participants from economically challenged countries. Currently these are: Algeria, Armenia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Georgia, Macedonia, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine and a series of other countries. In case of doubt, please contact the organizers.
**After 15th of August, the registration will be closed. Please contact the SLE Conference Manager to inquire whether you can still participate.
Proof of student ID is required. Please send a scanned copy by email (D.Bakker@uva.nl).
If you don’t think you can make it to the conference, please let us know as soon as possible. This way alternates can be contacted well before the conference and they will be able to make the necessary academic and travelling arrangements. Also, notice that cancellations after the conference schedule has been published (beginning of June) create a lot of complications for the colleagues on the organization team, and last minute cancellations even more so.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the Conference Manager at email@example.com. If you have already paid the registration fee, reimbursement will be according to the following policy:*
Before 1st July: 70% reimbursement
From 1st – 31st July: 30% reimbursement
After 1st August: no reimbursement
* Some leniency may be applied in case of serious personal problems
